A few months back one of my loyal blog readers send me a generous Soma gift card. Thank you Gary! I have put it to good use with my employee discount replenishing bras and panties. Yesterday I use the last of it to get the above Soma "RELAXED FIT Linen Shirt".

Although Soma is a speciality intimates boutique, we do carry lounge / beach dresses, sleepwear, T-shirts and tops. It is so much fun during slow customer times to just go and try on stuff. I did fall-in-love with the above top and already have paired it with skinny jeans / jeggings and sneakers for a morning coffee stop with a friend. For summer I am sure it will pair beautifully with denim shorts, as shown.
Could this shirt be mistaken as a "Man Shirt"? Oh Well....
An Anthem
Oh, oh, oh, go totally crazy, forget I'm a lady
Men's shirts, short skirts
Oh, oh, oh, really go wild, yeah, doin' it in style
Oh, oh, oh, get in the action, feel the attraction
Color my hair, do what I dare
Oh, oh, oh, I wanna be free, yeah, to feel the way I feel
Man, I feel like a woman (hey!)
The only way I developed a 'knack' for English Syntax was to be familiar with Fortran syntax--says how old I am...
ReplyDeletePerhaps: ''White Linen 'Man Shirt'' -- So Versatile
This is a classic syntax error-- our local paper had a similar blunder specifying ''Use an 'old white mans shirt' as costume'

Ok I got it - Speaking of Fortran, I wrote a lot of it. In one of my engineering projects we used COBOL to format the output, but use Fortran for all of the calculations. Fortran had better math intrinsic function calls. Linking everything together after compiling the code was always the challenge.
