First you hide your one single item. I hid a bra my girlfriend had left in my car (long story) in a box of model car leftover parts so my grandparents would not find it.
Next I had a box of Goodwill donation that my grandmother was ask to drop off. Two teen girls moving away that live close. Oh what a treasure trove. I hid the box in a out of the way in the barn. I was in heaven. Not my grandmothers stuff and real girl's things. To my disappointment it did get dropped off.
Later I had a box about the size of a bankers-box that held wig, basic makeup, and and one outfit. Before a trip I stopped by my storage and packed up the box to go. Storage expanded and I had a hanging rack of outfits to go that would be hung in the car traveling with the box. By this time Rhonda's box was growing along with the size of the storage space.

Many years later I had my own apartments that always had a dedicated closet for just Rhonda's stuff. I hide everything in there. No makeup kept in the bathroom. I had a date over one night and she opened the closet. It was all that I could do to explain I was not living with another "secret" woman. I finally had to admit the cloths were mine. I think I explained as: "I am the other woman".
