My aim when out and about is to blend so as much as I prefer dresses and skirts with a feminine top I can see the writing on the wall. Tailored slacks or Jeans for a more casual look unfortunately seems to be the order of the day.
A sad truth. Although I see plenty of dresses and skirts in the high end stores like Bloomingdales. I just don't see them in the wild.
