The illusion of curves is one of the things that makes the female body appear feminine. These are some of my secrets as an haute couture fashion designer. It begins with a foundation in the form of your undergarments. The goal is to create curves. Synch the waistline and it creates the most obvious curve between the breasts and hips. If you want to accentuate the hips and butt, there are plenty of options to achieve that. (See the list at her blog site and much more).
