Interestingly, pink used to be considered a "masculine" color, to the extent that the original football uniforms for Syracuse University ( and likely others ) were pink ( and green ) in color .How times change !
Black and pink were the original colors of Penn State and the sports teams typically wear them once a year as "throwback" uniforms.
