Google AI:  A "top" is a broad, umbrella term for any upper-body garment, while a "shirt" is a specific type of top. Therefore, a T-shirt is a type of top, but not all tops are shirts or T-shirts.  [My addition: Tops are typically spoken of in a feminine context where shirts have a more masculine /unisex connotation.]

My fashion layout today represent two tops (T-shirts) I just received from Amazon. Both were reasonable, attractive and meet my feminine differential criteria. And touch sexy. 

I purchased recently, with my associate discount, several new SOMA bras; Stunning Push-up Plunge Bra. Wow, what a beautiful fit and enhanced look. My bra size had changed over the years and I discovered that wearing the right style, proportioned band/cup makes all the difference on how tops drape and/or are fitted. Maybe time for you to get a fitting.
