There are less than 10 transgender athletes in the NCAA, according to NCAA President Carlie Baker. Was it worth it MAGA?

During the 2024 presidential campaign, in order to keep the fact-denying MAGA base riled up, President-elect Donald Trump used transgender athletics as part of his baseless culture war.

The U.S. Senate, earlier this month, held a hearing on college sports betting that quickly turned to the topic of transgender athletes in sports and their effect on the outcome of games. Former Republican governor from Massachusetts and present NCAA President Charlie Baker was questioned by Illinois Sen. Richard Durbin about how many athletes are in NCAA athletic programs? Baker's answer was "510,000." He was then asked how many transgender individuals participate in NCAA-governed sports? His answer: "Less than 10"!

So MAGAs, you were grifted on inflation, the economy, oil production and immigration. Now you can add "Less than 10" to your hate and bigotry, which will allow Trump and his billionaire buddies four more years to rip you and our country off.

My research: There are 520,000 NCAA Athletes.  0.00001923% are transgender.
