 Florida Everglades - Alligator Alcatraz

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who exudes cruelly, in a effort to curry favor to Trump, will spend $450 million to operate the Alligator Alcatraz Concentration Camp facility for a single year. This according to one DHS official.  Florida state funds will front the costs of the facility and then “submit reimbursement requests” through FEMA / the Department of Homeland Security. Yes, FEMA is using its resources as we need going into hurricane season and are seeing devastating flooding.

Let's face facts. Unless you are Native American, we are all, sons, grandsons or great-grandsons of immigrants. Why did our kindred come to America; "A better life and to escape danger/repression".  The Irish. The Italian, The Polish and many more from central Europe.  Chinese, Japanese, and Irish immigrants built the railroads to connect the American states that made us United.  Many of these immigrants entered with dubious papers, possibly illegal, and stayed. Our relatives. Many times derided, and mistreated. However, today we are all part of the American fiber.   

Both Democrats and Republication ignored an issue that needed addressing for decades. Kneejerk reaction are never healthy.  Blame for this problem goes to both parties. 

According to At EMP Law even Undocumented immigrants have "Due Process and Equal Protection Rights":

Undocumented immigrants have protection under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, which guarantee due process and equal protection under the law. As a result, undocumented immigrants cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without fair legal proceedings.That means immigrants cannot be deported without having an opportunity to explain to a judge why they should be allowed to remain in the US. Those arguments may include requesting relief such as asylum, withholding of removal, or cancellation of removal.

With indiscriminate, un-constructional dentation and imprisonment, who could be next? 

Uncontrolled entry and now imprisonment? We are putting humans in cages in a hastily built detention center! Where is the humanity? The world is watching.
