It has been years since I did any serious shopping at Ann Taylor. They seemed to go through cycles of either being too youthful/trendy or just unappealing. In my local mall, just after the holiday I saw a beautiful blue pencil skirt and matching sweater. By the time, a few days later, I had worked my way to their site, both items were sold out. Not to be deterred, I found several items and put them in my shopping cart and then forgot about them until this weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find them now 60% off the sale price.
