Last week, Target was targeted with homophobic attacks for selling pride merchandise, which it has done for several years. The campaign became hostile, with threats levied against Target employees and instances of damaged products and displays in stores. It is shameful that Target and other corporations are not standing up to bullies and hateful people. ALL, and I mean all corporations need to take out air time on the most watched television shows and news' hours and state emphatically they will not let hateful people dictate the playing field. Frankly, if I was the CEO of Target I would proclaim Target does not want their business, so stay out of the stores and do not trespass on its property.
