South Florida has lots of fashion incongruences. Contrary to the Chamber of Commence claims, we have cool days in the winter. Tourist and snow-birds dress for summer with shorts and t-shirts while the locals pretend it is winter with our sweaters and jackets. Just a few days ago it was "for us" a bone-chilling 55 degrees (f).
I know, poor baby; thus the incongruence. We break out our sweaters. However, we will mix it with a mini-skirt, flip-flops and sandals. It is not like we go out of our way to buy winter cloths, so we make do with our stored warm stuff. Thus a mix/match for a few days. Then store it away for next winter blast.

That's a cute outfit and perfect for those cold Florida winter days! I think if I lived down south, I would miss all the times I got to wear pantyhose and tights in these truly cold northeast winters❄️
