This is such a classic take on an everyday style. Noting over the top feminine. However, the tie-front add so much.  This is one of those enduring fashion accents that I am sure that my mother wore in the '50s.  just like the one here.

 

Most any shirt. if large enough. can be tied into the accent like this and Youtube has many hacks using a hair-tie to add at knot to the front or side.  This is especially cute in a Gingham for "country girl look" or Polka Dots for a more upscale look.  

The look is great for adding definition to the the wast.
